King Aslan Diagnostics Inc. (KAD) is an Australian company, based in the Australian Capital Territory. In collaboration with Median Diagnostics Inc., we aim to bring the best human and veterinary-use diagnostic products to Australia and Oceania.
In 2001, Median Diagnostics was the first company in South Korea approved to manufacture veterinary-use diagnostic products and pharmaceutical drugs. Since then, they have secured licensing for ELISA technology (Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay), to create rapid antivirus test kits for common Zoonotic diseases, such as Swine Fever and Avian Influenza. Median Diagnostics is currently expanding their research into pharmaceutical production, biological manufacturing of genetic recombinant materials and therapeutic products. Alongside these expansions, Median Diagnostics intend to specialise in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) products, for both human and animal-use.
As our global ecosystem continues to change and evolve, new and mutated infectious diseases are becoming increasingly prevalent. Zoonotic diseases, which are transmittable between humans and animals, are also on the rise due to globalisation, environmental adaptation and society encroaching upon wildlife habitats. As such, Median Diagnostics is dedicated to their motto, ‘One Health’; ensuring humans, animals and natural environments remain healthy. This can be achieved through early and accurate detection of zoonotic diseases, using rapid antivirus diagnostic kits.
Here at King Aslan Diagnostics, we consider all animals to be human friends - not just the cute and cuddly ones! God’s love is all encompassing and includes all his magnificent creations, great and small. Caring for animals has helped me to better understand God’s enduring love. In Psalms, we are taught how the Lord leads, protects, and provides for his flock; ‘The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside quiet waters’ Psalms 23:1-4.
